Getting the item when it was estimated was a challenge. I paid for overnight delivery. It took way longer to receive than estimated.

This shirt was one of 4 shirts I bought for the family for Christmas. 3 of the 4 shirts were what I ordered and wanted. One was not. I asked for a replacement item, but the replacement item was not in the right color. This was not mentioned to me prior. I was given a refund for the mistake in my replacement shirt, but the lack of attention to detail was frustrating. Shipping also took longer than expected, so I was unable to find alternative shirts for my family.
