- Processing Time: I design your product within 1 business day and ship the next day. If you add extra personalization, please allow 1-2 additional business days.
- Delivery: Within the USA, expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days. If you need your package sooner, please choose express shipping at checkout.
- Care Instructions: To keep the print looking great, please wash your item inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly on the design.
- Brands: We carry several trusted brands such as Gildan, Bella Canvas, Rabbit, Circle, Laviva, Smart, Next Level, and Gerber. All of these brands have equal quality and our shirts are soft to the touch.
- Material: Our t-shirts, Onesie®s, sweatshirts, and hoodies are made with high-quality cotton and polyester. Please note, our sweatshirts and hoodies run big so check the size chart carefully.
- Personalization: I love creating custom products for my customers, so please let me know if you have any personalized requests.
- Return Policy: If there is an error on my end, I will happily exchange your sweatshirt or hoodie. If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or undergarments. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you at your expense.
